(5)   Responding to applications for membership, inquiries, and consultations with our association, and any necessary contact
(6)   Sending greetings from our association, information on our association ser-vices, etc., and preparing the necessary list of names
(7)   Appropriate and smooth execution of other operations of our association

Our association endeavors to maintain the current and accurate content of per-sonal information in its possession, and take the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, damage or leakage of personal information.

Our association will not provide any personal information to any third party, ex-cept with the prior consent of the individual concerned and in cases deemed ex-ceptional by law.

Our association responds appropriately to requests from individuals for disclo-sure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. In addition, our association responds promptly and sincerely to complaints and inquiries from individuals about the handling of per-sonal information.
