I decided to participate in the technical intern training for the construction in-dustry in Japan because I wanted to acquire many construction skills, enhance my knowledge, contribute to the growth of my country with those skills and knowledge, and also I wanted to share the skills and knowledge I acquired with my colleagues in my home country.
Before I came to Japan, I had some anxiety. It's especially difficult to learn Japa-nese. I still don't understand some parts. But the more I studied Japanese, the more I understand it. I can live my daily life in Japan without any problems. Once I can fully understand Japanese, the technical intern training will be en-hanced.
The employees at the company who accepted me as a technical intern taught me construction skills and knowledge carefully, and now I can learn a lot about these skills and knowledge.
I would recommend people who want to do a technical intern training in their home country to come and learn in Japan. This is because you will be able to learn various skills and knowledge in Japan that you will never be able to ac-quire in your home country.
After I complete my technical intern training in Japan, I would like to engage in the construction industry in my home country. And I want to do my best so that I can succeed in my life and fulfill my family's dreams.

The reason why I am currently participating in a technical intern training in the construction industry in Japan is because I dream of becoming a millionaire someday by acquiring construction skills and knowledge, teaching my skills and knowledge to people in my home country, and succeeding in my job.
I chose O-TECHNIQUE as the accepting company because I thought it would be the best company to earn a good salary and save money and to acquire scaffolding skills.
At first, I had a hard time learning Japanese. There are some words I can't un-derstand now, but it's almost all right. I can live my daily life in Japan without any problems.
I can acquire the skills and knowledge of the construction industry because the employees of the accepting company teach me carefully.
If you think of a technical intern training for the construction industry in Japan, I would like you to do your best to enhance your knowledge and skills.

I participated in a technical intern training in the construction industry in Japan because I wanted to acquire construction knowledge and skills (for example, how to build the safest scaffolding) and to teach people in my home country what I had learned.
In order to participate in a technical intern training in Japan, you need to under-stand Japanese first. It's difficult, but it's easier to understand if you understand the work. There are some Japanese words that I still don't understand, but since I can communicate mostly in Japanese, I got used to living in Japan and I also want to live in Japan in the future.
The employees of the accepting company teach us carefully, so I can acquire the skills of the construction industry. I recommend young people in their home countries to come to Japan and try to acquire various skills.
And after they finish their technical intern training in Japan, I want them to go back to their home country and teach the same skills to more young people and contribute to the development of their home country.
